For over 16 years, it has been my joy to help people connect deeply with God as a Pastor and Bible instructor. But my most important work each and every day is to connect deeply with Jesus myself. I spend an average of 3.5 hours in prayer and meditation every day. I say this not to boast but to inspire people to see the abundant opportunities to relate to God. Many of us are just scratching the surface of our relationship with Christ.

Jesus discloses to us the secret to bearing much fruit here on earth: stay as deeply connected to Him as we possibly can. There's no other way.

The 4MATION Framework
The 4MATION Framework is based on what Jesus said was the greatest of all commandments: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength" (Mark 12:30 ESV).
Loving God entails cultivating 4 aspects of the human person: our minds, bodies, hearts, and souls. We're called by Christ to steward each properly so that we can live for Him well on earth. How will you cultivate yourself today for the Lord's use?
